Rental cottage -- a romantic getaway

Walter & Monika offer to their customers the possibility to rent a cottage on their property. We are located a little bit out of town, perched atop a stunning hilltop overlooking the town of Dewey and Culebra's tranquil bay. Our guests have access to our wonderfully landscaped garden and swimming pool - lots of palms, tropical fruit trees and flowers to attract the hummingbirds. It is very private and perfectly suited for someone seeking calm and quiet -- a romantic getaway!

The casita: (Spanish name for "little house")

Very spacious cottage perfect for two people.

Casita rates:
Double occupancy = $ 145.00 per night (please no more than 2 people in the casita)
Added 7% Puerto Rico Hotel Tax on rental rate.

Casita cancellation policy:
If you would like to confirm a booking we request a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due upon arrival in cash or with a credit card - Visa or MasterCard. The reservation deposit of 50% is refundable up to 30 days prior to the reserved dates. Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date do not receive a refund. Additionally, in the case of an early departure of no-show, the deposit is forfeited. To inquire about availability and make reservations you may call Culebra Divers @ 787-742-0803

Transportation on the island:
The island is not big but hilly and most of the beaches are not accessible by public transportation.
There is one bus that runs between Downtown and Flamenco Beach.

We strongly advise our guests renting a car - quantities are limited, reservations in advance are recommended.
